From the volcanic highlands of Kintamani — where smallholder farmers have cultivated coffee on the slopes of Mount Batur for generations — comes one of Indonesia's most prized single origins. Bali Blue is processed using a traditional wet-hulled method that gives it that signature earthy-smooth Indonesian character, with dark chocolate and molasses depth and a brown sugar finish that lingers.
