Return & Refund Policy

Coffee & Consumable Products

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns on opened coffee products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@enthusedcoffee.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no charge — no questions asked.

Merchandise & Apparel

Unworn, unwashed apparel and merchandise in original condition with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To start a return, email hello@enthusedcoffee.com with your order number and reason for return. For defective or incorrect items, we'll cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us at hello@enthusedcoffee.com and we'll sort it out, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: opened coffee and consumable products, digital items, and gift cards.
