Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is in development — sign up for our email list to be the first to know when it launches.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us at hello@enthusedcoffee.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before it ships.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package through the carrier's website.

Coffee

What grind options are available?
Our coffee is available in whole bean and a variety of grind sizes — including drip, espresso, French press, and pour over. Select your preferred grind on each product page.

How should I store my coffee?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. An airtight container is ideal. For peak flavor, consume within 2–4 weeks of opening. Treat it like it matters — because it does.

What's the difference between Blends and Single Origins?
Our Blends combine beans from multiple origins to create a balanced, consistent cup — reliable for your daily ritual. Single Origins highlight the unique characteristics of a specific region or farm — for the detail-oriented drinker who wants to taste the difference. Think of it as the difference between a well-tuned street build and a track-spec setup.

Do you offer subscriptions?
Coffee subscriptions are coming soon. Sign up for our email list to be notified at launch.

Are your coffees specialty grade?
Yes. We source premium-quality coffee and take the craft seriously. No filler, no compromise.

How do I care for my Enthused Coffee Co. apparel?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and high heat to preserve print quality and fabric integrity.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Unused merchandise in original condition may be returned within 30 days. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
